For the creative recruiting and consulting firm Creative Circle, I provided editorial, research, ghostwriting and content development services around the launch and expansion of the company's Executive Recruiting and Business Services division. This is the first in a series of blog posts I wrote on how even seasoned managers can evolve their leadership skills and style for a continually shifting economy.

Also for Creative Circle, a post exploring how employee incentive structures can be designed to evolve in synch with generational and situational shifts in the workforce.

For GeoQuant, an innovative digital platform designed to score countries according to their levels of political risk, I directed all PR and public communications efforts connected to its launch in 2018, and continued to edit, manage and promote ongoing newsletters, thought leadership, collateral materials and associated proprietary content.

For a spell, I was the Acting Director of Communications for Eurasia Group, a leading political risk consulting firm that covers the world. In this role, among other things, I oversaw the production and media launch of the firm's signature annual report, anticipating the top risks and red herrings that lay in wait for the year ahead.

I drove an overhaul for this organization's website, managing all design and content inputs, as well as creating a login space for members and doing all the digital marketing surrounding the launch.

Here's a series of thought pieces I ghostwrote in 2010-11. They ran in the Huffington Post, and discussed the rising influence of Latinos in American politics and business, along with the subsequent growth of the middle class in Latin America.

At Newsweek, I was first hired to manage the annual application process for national and international journalism awards. From there I segued into writing travel and lifestyle stories for the website, and also contributed longer pieces to the magazine's monthly business supplement.

Also for Global Strategy Group, I wrote another training guide on how to talk to millennials. No Spanish involved, but a little more snark :)
